During an interview with AJ Roberts, Najadi spoke about his latest case, against Pfizer, which includes the first, criminal investigation against Berset. The interview began with the reading of a press release dated March 7, 2023:

“Swiss President Alain Berset has been named in a lawsuit along with Pfizer in the United States over claims that: “The corona vaccine is effective for at least 12 months, much longer than previously thought. That’s good news and all the more reason to sign up for the vaccine.”

“One of the applicants presented a copy of his vaccination passport and vaccination records. The lawsuit is based on a complaint filed by Pascal Najadi, a British/Swiss citizen, and an administrative judgment filed in the United Kingdom by law firm [OV Makker]”.

We previously wrote about the administrative ruling that Najadi refers to above, filed by the British parenting group UsForThem.

On March 3, “we wrote to [Pfizer’s] law firm partners, Davis Polk … it went to the Honorable Justices [ ] of the New York State Supreme Court,” Najadi said. And then he read the letter. We have included the text of this letter after the video below. Najadi continued, declining to provide any details about the lawsuit because it is pending:

“On Friday, we informed Pfizer through lawyers and the court. The courts before that date did not know what our intention was. We launched a preemptive strike against Pfizer.

“Secondly, we went on Monday morning, at 9 o’clock, we went to court – the Supreme Court of the State of New York in Manhattan – and showed our evidence and copies of the ongoing Swiss criminal case against the Swiss president, Alain Berset, for abuse of office etc. violation of four, in my case, articles of the Swiss Criminal Code”.

“The New York judge’s approval for the case to proceed is significant because many people have tried and failed to get the judge’s approval … to file a lawsuit against Pfizer. Against Pfizer in the Supreme Court… it will cause a domino effect… The evidence is clear as day. They would have to claim that it is night when the sun is out and vice versa… and that is quite impossible”.

Given that Pfizer has stated in previous court proceedings that they “did not defraud the government, but delivered a government-ordered fraud,” Najadi is aware that he is fighting not only Pfizer, but also the US Department of Defense and the US government. .

So the judge issued a temporary restraining order to protect the lawyers, himself, wife and mother. In issuing the restraining order and delivering it to the embassy in Switzerland, the US Department of Justice mandates that the Swiss government must ensure that “not one hair is missing from my body [or compromised in any way],” Najadi said.

Acting Prime Minister Rishi Sunak has also received the same instructions from the US Department of Justice, so that if Najadi travels to the UK, he and his family have the same protection.
