Information from Switzerland indicates that the WHO is preparing for another pandemic.

There have been too many pandemic drills in the last two years, which only reinforces our suspicion that a new “plandemic” is already being prepared behind the scenes.

Another indicator is that pandemic governments will be re-established in most European countries within a year at the latest, which will of course make future dictatorships easier.

After all, it is good to have experienced “covidists” on hand. In the past two years, two summits on avian influenza have also been held, which could mean that this disease is preparing for the next pandemic.

It is also important that most countries have approved changes to the International Health Regulations, and final approval of the Pandemic Treaty, which has been approved without changes for now, is expected next year.

This will be presented at the next WHO Assembly in 2026.

The UK has already announced its largest pandemic exercise ever this autumn, which is surely no coincidence.

And now we are told directly from Switzerland that the WHO, based in Geneva, is planning another major pandemic exercise, not very different from Event 201.

Switzerland creates facts

On 6 August 2025, Switzerland submitted its plan for a Pathogen Access and Benefit-Sharing System (PABS) to the WHO. It includes a very explosive call for a pandemic simulation at the WHO BioHub in Spiez, scheduled for 3-7 November and 1-5 December 2025, right between the third and fourth meetings of the IGWG (Intergovernmental Working Group).

These meetings are the central political negotiating table where the details of the PABS system are being worked out. Anyone who can come up with a “successful” exercise here is creating facts before making formal decisions.

When the WHO plans a pandemic exercise, the question is not if, but when the emergency will occur. Anyone familiar with the story of Event 201 knows: Such “simulations” are not just simulation games, they are dress rehearsals in which structures, routines of access, and power relations are rehearsed long before the public even notices what is being done.

Officially, the goal is to test how quickly pathogens and gene sequences can be shared and how quickly “benefits” like vaccines or drugs can flow. In WHO jargon, this sounds like “coordination” and “global health security.”

In translation, this means: an international approach to high-risk pathogens, with Switzerland as the logistics hub. And all this before the parliaments of the WHO member states or the citizens can have a say in it (which was not planned anyway).

There are coincidences

The timing is more than spicy: just a few weeks before the exercise, on September 19, 2025, the new International Health Regulations will come into force. Coincidence? Or is it simply the perfect moment to directly reinforce the new set of rules with a “practical test”?

The rush is obvious. Anyone who wants to discuss the risks only after they come into force will get the answer: “The system already works.”

The parallels with previous exercises are unmistakable. All this was supposedly just for preparation, and an emergency situation followed shortly after. In Spiez, the focus is not only on scenarios, but also on a dress rehearsal for global pathogen supply chains.

Once the system is in place, no one will question whether it was ever wise to build it.

Politically very dangerous

Politically, it is extremely dangerous: Who controls access? Who guarantees security? Who will be held accountable if the exercise turns into a disaster?

In Spiez, these questions are being asked, but not for the public, but for the few actors who control the levers in the event of a crisis.

Switzerland, a country of neutrality, is thus becoming a center for international pathogen management. Neutrality apparently also applies to viruses; anyone can try it out.

This exercise is not a harmless workshop, but a geopolitical test. If you don’t wake up now, you could wake up to a reality that has been rehearsed for a long time.

And by the way: the UK will soon be testing as well. Pandemic training is apparently back in fashion.
